Not what was expected

I don't really understand the Bath Crumble. It came with the colours all mixed together, not separate like in the picture, and adding it to the bath just turned the bath a rather off-putting greeny yellow colour. It looked like someone had peed in the bath. Not really what you want. It smells very nice though.
