About the BATH BAKERY

Hi, My name is Karen and I am the person behind The Bath Bakery.

The Bath Bakery started in 2017 when I was searching ways to make my own wax melts and candles, as I used lots of them at home, I was trying to make my own to save a bit of money.

On my research journey, I came across some soap making videos and quickly got hooked. I started out practising with all the simple recipes. Then decided to make my own. With lots of time, patience and practice I found a recipe I liked. (My family and friends got sick of soap for presents!!).

Then I started research into all the chemicals and nasty ingredients that are in bath & body products and was horrified!!! - They tell you that they are natural and good for you, but I was learning otherwise.!! - I found an Esthetician who has become my teacher & mentor, so we can bring you the most fantastic and chemical free body products, all made from scratch.

Why The Bath Bakery? you ask.. I am actually a fully qualified Pastry Chef, so have just changed the ingredients from flour and eggs to oils and bubbles.
