Returns 

Under Australian Consumer Law, we guarantee each product is of acceptable quality at point of sale online. Each product is fit for the purpose for which it is to be used, is safe, free of defects and acceptable in appearance and finish.

All care will be taken in the packaging and shipment of products to avoid damages in transit. If you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately at thebathbakery@bigpond.com and attached photos of the unopened damaged item.

Please note we will only either replace with exact same item or refund the cost of item. We do not replace a damaged item with another product.
